Automation helps F&B tackle HR Challenges

Other than being a garden city, Singapore is also well known as a food paradise. Traveling island wide just to hunt down local favourite dishes such as Char Kway Teow, Chicken Rice, Nasi Lemak is considered as one of Singaporean’s weekend past times.

 

However, the F&B industry is constantly facing with daily HR challenges. Commonly problems faced by many are such as tightening of foreign workers rate, rising of rental and electricity bills and high staff turnover rate.
